Cutest Footed Pajamas

Who doesn’t like comfy pajamas and slippers? Well, I’m a big fan of pj and slippers; No wonder why I am so inlove with this footed pajamas from Jalie Pattern!

This is my very first time to sew a pattern from Jalie, and believe it or not, I wasn’t sure about their patterns before. I made a little research regarding this pattern company and while I was reading about it, I’ve learnt that it is a mother-daughter company founded in 1983. It made me “wow!”, honestly. I told myself, “Their patterns must be perfected in years” ! And I was right!   Dressmaking and pattern drafting  run in the family’s blood.

Anyway, going back to the footed pj, I am so amazed with how the pattern pieces were made. Instructions are in English and French.  Let me give you more details about this pattern.

 My Finished Project:

I have tons of fleece fabric in my stash, for sure I’ll make more of Jalie pajamas in the future! For my first projct, I have my eyes on Aztec print. One of the cute prints available at Joann Store.

Always remember that this fabric is thick and it has its own brain to slide. I guess we can consider it as one of the slippery fabric. So, you might want to double check the stripes. Yes, I was very careless, didn’t pay attention with the stripes on my fabric. I messed up to that part. Some stripes match but others don’t. But please don’t mind that carelessness of mine. Let’s just focus to the lovely Jalie pj pattern hahaha. pj3.jpg

  1. This looks great! I also didn’t notice where your stripe pattern didn’t match up! I recently saw an ad for pj’s with the foot section acting like a sock so you can pull them back if wanted or slip them over your feet if cold! x
